If you don't like the text feedback that other people have provided for you, go to "Edit My Preferences" in MyHive and block the display of text feedback from your Profile.

1. "Slide" your input into the Personality Snapshot.
- Your input will be combined with that of other members to generate a composite snapshot, so you don't have to be shy in giving your real opinion. It's the anonymous part of our feedback.
- You can provide feedback only once for any member, within 2 weeks of your face-to-face meeting. By choosing the people you meet, you control who gets to provide feedback for you.
2. Write text feedback.
- During that one-time feedback, you can also write a brief text feedback on the member you've met.
- Remember: everyone will see such text feedback on the other member's Profile, and the fact that it was written by you! Your comments about others will also be displayed on your own Profile, so don't go wild here, OK?
3. What if someone writes bad stuff about me?
- Most of us will not get 100% great feedback. That's OK! People will see the good stuff stacked up against the occasional oddball comment, and take it all in with a pinch of salt.
- Worst-case, you can go to Edit My Preferences and elect to hide all the text feedback that others gave you.
